Leverage agile frameworks

Project management is not a one-size-fits-all endeavour, and Agile Project management even less so.

The tenets of the Agile Delivery movement are meant to be a guiding north-star for agile project management and should be tailored to suit the team that's working with it - Agile Manifesto: "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools."

With this in mind, we work with any agile framework in place, and always look for ways to recommend improvements to the process so that it favours individuals and interactions.
